WomenCentre Model

The WomenCentre offers an empowering, sophisticated and innovative model for meeting the needs of vulnerable women.

At the heart of their work is providing: (a) reliable and trustworthy relationship (b) in a safe place and as part of (c) a community of women. This enables women to work through their problems - (1) acting with urgency (2) planning with hope and (3) facing the past.

There are 5 and half levels of work - which come together in a connected and positive service model: (1) information (2) advice (3) case work and (3.5) intense case work (4) learning and (5) volunteering:
