Thomas Allan

Interested in the commons and peer-to-peer alternatives to social care

Tom is leading our thinking about the commons and peer-to-peer (P2P) alternatives in social care. He is a locality manager for a forward thinking organisation in the South West working with people with intellectual disabilities, their families and carers.

With knowledge of the care system and regulatory framework, Tom is exploring (and aims to employ) a holistic paradigm and systems leadership to how we live, care and work; creating the organisational and cultural conditions where diverse people at all levels can work together to reach their potential.

Tom’s blogs, essays or articles have been published by the Centre, Bristol Leadership and Change Centre and the psyCommons: an addition to the commons of air, seas, seeds, forests and rivers.
